🔍 Find the event & click Buy Tickets
Go to Upcoming Events on the BKK website. Each event card shows the date, time, location, and prices. Click the 🎟️ Buy Tickets button on the event you want to attend.

👤 Fill in your contact details
You are now on this page! Enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, and Phone Number. These are all required.
💡 Your QR code ticket is emailed to the address you enter here — double-check it before continuing.

🎫 Choose your ticket type & quantity
Use the + and − buttons to set how many Member, Non-Member, or Children tickets you need. You can mix types in one order. The Order Total updates live. When ready, click Get My Ticket & Proceed to Payment →.
💡 Members = households with an active BKK membership ($25). Non-Members = everyone else ($30). Children under 12 = $15 for all.

💳 Complete payment on Zeffy
You are automatically redirected to Zeffy — a secure third-party payment platform. The amount is shown as DONATION pre-filled from your order. It is NOT donation amount it is your BKK Event tickets total cost (Zeffy handles it as Donation) - Enter your card details and click Complete Payment. After payment, Zeffy sends you back to BKK automatically.
⚠️ Do not press the browser Back button during Zeffy payment. If you accidentally navigate away, open your confirmation email and use the payment button there instead.

✅ Get your QR code & confirmation
After payment, you land on the Ticket Confirmed page showing your Order ID and QR code. Your order is now marked ✅ Paid. A confirmation email with the QR code is also sent to you instantly. Click 🖨️ Print / Save Ticket as PDF to keep a copy.
💡 Screenshot your QR code now so you have it offline on event day.

📱 Show QR code at the event door
On event day, open your QR code (from your email, screenshot, or printed PDF) and show it to the volunteer at the door. They will scan it and check you in. If your family is arriving in groups, the volunteer can check in just the people present — the remaining tickets stay active.
⚠️ If the scanner shows ⚠️ Payment Pending, you will need to settle payment at the desk before entry.

You can mix types in a single order — e.g. 2 Members + 1 Non-Member + 2 Children.
❓ Common Questions
Q: I accidentally pressed Back during Zeffy payment. What do I do?
Your order and QR code were already created. Open your confirmation email and click the yellow "Complete Payment via Zeffy" button there to finish paying.
Q: My email still shows a payment button — did my payment go through?
Yes, if Zeffy sent you back to the confirmation page your payment is recorded. The email is sent before Zeffy confirms, so the button may appear even after you have paid. You can safely ignore it.
Q: Can I pay cash at the door instead of online?
Yes. Let the check-in desk know. An admin will create a walk-in ticket on the spot, email your QR code, and mark it paid — no online payment needed.
Q: Our family is arriving at different times — do we need separate tickets?
No. One QR code covers the whole order. The volunteer can check in part of the group now and scan the same QR again when the rest arrive.
